We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to help our growing group practice in the Fredericksburg, Texas.

Role Overview

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexibility on which 3 days a week you are working
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with Provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Hold a valid full license as either LPC/LMHC
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Expected compensation is fee for service range of $55,000 to $65,000 with no cap on productivity income potential. This is based on a 3 day work week.
