Job Description

Prologistix is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk in McDonough, GA. 

Shift is Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Pay is $20/hr.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Quickbooks
• Expert Excel user; formulas, pivot tables, chart & graphs, etc.
• Working knowledge of financial statements, P&L and cash flow
• Payroll Manage bills and expenses
• Processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers Coordinating with vendors and maintain vendor records
• Resolving discrepancies
• Ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements
• Attention to detail, organizational and communication skills are a must
