Contract to Hire

Oxford Solutions has an immediate opening with a client for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a fully onsite role handling a high volume of invoices.


Responsibilities:

• Review, code, and process 200-300 vendor invoices per month
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
• Assist with monthly closings and financial reporting
• Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Support general accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; Associate's with equivalent experience considered
• 3 to 4 years of accounting experience, with a focus in Accounts Payable
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or a similar ERP system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
