We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Manager to join the Affordable Housing team in our Greater Boston Region .

This position will support our Affordable Housing Group . Your Role

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Illustrate budgets and schedules
• Actively participate in proposals
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback

Your Experience

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Accounting required
• CPA designation is required
• 5+ years\' experience in a public accounting firm required
• Knowledge of audit software Pro System Fx a plus
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
