Vice President of Recruitment - Accounting, Finance & HR Contract Hourly rate: $45-50/hr Estimated Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend Location: Onsite – 5 days a week in Woburn, MA Qualifications 1+ years experience of Campus Recruiting, familiarity with internship and Co-op programs 1+ years experience with Engineering Students Ability to travel at least to 5 different on campus programs in the fall Nice to have Experience working with Handshake Experience working with CPT/OPT sponsorships Description The Campus Recruiter will look after the full cycle recruiting process in order to attract and recruit both technical and non-technical students. Positions to be filled include various full-time, intern and co‑op roles across the company and country. Students recruited include undergraduates, graduate students in engineering and other disciplines. Responsibilities Promoting the company as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities Looking after full lifecycle recruitment for designated hiring needs for specific business units Sourcing and building candidate/student pipelines for technical and non-technical roles Co-ordinating phone screens and video interviews Attending campus events, tech talks virtually at targeted schools Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, partnering with them through to selection and hire Working closely with the HR Global Services team on the post offer accept process through to onboarding Handling other recruitment duties, as needed Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr The Planet Group
