Role Overview

We are seeking a bright and growth-oriented coach with exceptional coaching and communication skills to join our Northbrook studio. You will work directly with our proprietary programming system to create training sessions, record actuals after each session and document meaningful notes that support long-term client success. 4. High-Quality Coaching Sessions

Coach clients in one-on-one, duet and trio sessions using Vetta’s philosophy of safe, effective and efficient training .

Maintain strong attention to form, technique, safety and overall client experience.

5. Client Communication

Communicate with clients and other coaches through email and text regarding scheduling, programming and questions in a polished and professional manner that reflects our luxury brand.

6. Studio Maintenance and Preparation

Set up and clean up equipment before and after sessions and help maintain a spotless and organized studio environment.

7. Professional Presence

Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times including attire, communication style, punctuality and demeanor consistent with the expectations of a premium brand.

8. Team Collaboration

Participate in staff meetings, learning sessions and ongoing refinement of our training systems.

Contribute ideas and support a collaborative, program forward culture.

  • No unpredictable tiered pay systems
  • No pressure to sell coaching as a quota

Our coaches are paid transparently and fairly for their sessions, professionalism and contribution to our unified, program-forward culture. We invest in our coaches so they can invest fully in client results, not in chasing metrics.
