About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Risk Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in the overall management of the organization, with a primary focus on establishing and maintaining a robust Risk Management function. This includes the identification, assessment, management, and mitigation of various risks to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. The Chief Risk Officer will also be responsible for overseeing compliance, BSA, and information security, and serving as an internal audit liaison. The Chief Risk Officer will be a key representative of the company, engaging with clients, investors, and business partners. The position is pivotal in ensuring that the company meets its growth objectives while maintaining the highest standards of risk management and regulatory compliance.
