Overview

Our Client Accounting Services (CAS) department provides comprehensive back-office accounting support for businesses and high-net-worth individuals. We specialize in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Our CAS offerings include (but are not limited to):

· Accounting software training

· Bookkeeping

· Controller services

· Cash flow projections

· Financial document preparation

· Data analytics

· Electronic bill processing & payments

· Financial reporting

· Outsourced CFO services

· Accounts payable and receivable management

Position Summary: CAS Accounting Manager

The CAS Accountant plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. This solution-oriented professional will oversee client engagements, review work prepared by team members, meet directly with clients, assist in annual evaluations, and perform other management duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage multiple client engagements

· Review of financial statements and accounting work

· Provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to clients

· Support and mentor team members

· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

· Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client experience

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

· Strong, supportive communicator

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in accounting software and systems

· Deep understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)

· Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with multiple clients

· Strong knowledge of GAAP

· Advanced Excel skills (Word & PowerPoint preferred)

· Experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop; Great Plains/MS Dynamics a plus

· Familiarity with Bill.com or similar platforms
