Client Manager // Advanced Transaction Coordinator

Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all active sellers and under-contract clients.
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver a surprise and delight level of service.
  • Provide weekly update calls to clients with clear next steps and reassurance.
  • Communicate proactively with agents to ensure everyone stays informed and aligned.
  • Oversee listings and transactions from preparation to close with precision and care.
  • Review contracts, disclosures, and MLS listings for accuracy.
  • Coordinate vendors (photography, staging, signage, repairs, etc.) to keep timelines on track.
  • Maintain accurate records and milestones in Brivity, Asana, and Google Drive.
  • Partner closely with our virtual transaction coordinator for administrative support.
  • Act as the first line of support for client questions or concerns.
  • Protect the Templeton brand by maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
  • Help the team earn more 5-star reviews and referrals through consistent, high-touch service.
  • Contribute ideas and systems that enhance our client experience and team efficiency.
  • Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions.
  • Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS.
  • Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions.
  • Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers.
  • Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
  • Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale.
  • Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files.
  • Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings.
  • Track activities and tasks in Brivity Technology.
  • Communicate weekly with clients and active listings via phone and text.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in residential real estate, with at least 2+ years in the industry and 30+ transactions handled.
  • Licensed in Texas and confident navigating real?estate contracts and timelines.
  • Detail?oriented, proactive, and skilled at anticipating problems before they arise.
  • Strong communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech?savvy and comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and real?estate platforms (MLS, Canva, etc.).
  • Warm, dependable, and team?orientedyou take pride in helping others succeed.
  • Service oriented leadership.
  • Excellent at building rapport.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Phenomenal organizational skills.
  • Learning based.
  • High school graduate.
  • Real estate license required.
