Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and upbeat Assistant Manager to join our management team. This person will support daily operations, ensure top-tier customer experiences, and help lead and develop our crew. If you love coffee, teamwork, and making someone’s day, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead team members during daily operations, especially in the drive-thru.
• Assist with training and performance management.
• Ensure consistent drink quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory, manage ordering, and minimize waste.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Step into the Manager role when needed to oversee all aspects of the shop.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a coffee shop or quick-service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused.
• Must be available for weekends and occasional holidays.
