We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team this summer to assist with painting, minor repairs, and general building maintenance. This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and construction support.
Prepare surfaces and apply paint to interior and exterior walls, doors, and trim
Perform light construction tasks such as patching drywall, replacing ceiling tiles, or assembling furniture
Assist in general building upkeep such as cleaning, moving materials, or landscaping tasks
Follow safety guidelines and use tools and materials properly
Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize daily tasks
Keep work areas clean and organized
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous experience in painting or general maintenance is a plus but not required
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to and from job site(s)
Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
