Peaks To Waves LLC is expanding across the Denver Metro Area, and we’re looking for a Store Manager who can bring energy, leadership, and island vibes to help us launch our next location and set the standard for future stores in Colorado.

What We’re Looking For:
A hands-on leader with proven experience in food, beverage, or retail management
Someone who leads by example and inspires their team through coaching, motivation, and accountability
Strong communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Business-minded—comfortable managing labor, inventory, and store performance metrics
Adaptable and dependable, with availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous management experience required; coffee experience preferred but not required
Experience with new store openings or training teams is a plus
What You’ll Do:
Pre-Opening Responsibilities:
Assist franchise leadership with planning and preparation for the new location
Help hire, onboard, and train team members
Contribute to establishing operational standards, workflows, and best practices
Support store setup, equipment checks, inventory ordering, and launch readiness
Post-Opening Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth shifts and an exceptional guest experience
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members for long-term success
Drive sales, manage labor costs, and monitor inventory to achieve store performance goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects Bad Ass Coffee standards
Lead with Aloha—cultivate a positive culture where team members feel valued and empowered
Handle administrative tasks including cash management, ordering, and reporting
Serve as the primary point of contact between the store and franchise leadership
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for 6–8 hours per shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly
Repetitive motion with hands and arms (scooping, tamping, pouring, etc.)
