Electrical Technician in Tobaccoville, NC Shift: 2nd (Monday - Friday)

Essential Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs using a laptop or schematic.
• Proficiency with voltmeters, multimeters, and megger devices.
• Experience with troubleshooting/replacing electrical components such as electric motors (480v), contacts, relays, fuses, and sensors.
• Understanding of ladder logic, industrial controls, AC/DC motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of PLC systems.
• Good troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Required to pass lift truck and scissor lift certification requirements.
• Two years toward an engineering degree at an accredited university (Associate of Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, etc.).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.54 - $35.54/hr.
