We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy drive-thru restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive performance, develop a high-functioning team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience — all while maintaining a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including team management, guest satisfaction, food safety, and cleanliness
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of shift leaders, crew members, and support staff
• Manage scheduling, inventory, food costs, and labor to achieve financial goals
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, operational policies, and company standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest concerns in a professional manner
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching
• Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment
• Drive local store marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and take proactive steps to improve results

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a General Manager in a Drive Thru restaurant
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong understanding of P&L, inventory management, and labor control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
