ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of corporate finance and accounting functions. This internship provides an opportunity to develop analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills in a dynamic business environment. You will work closely with the Finance team to support key business initiatives and enhance your understanding of financial processes.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

• Gain exposure to Corporate Finance and Accounting
• Analysis of financial statements, including identifying key drivers of results
• Dive into Gross Profit data to analyze sales, sales discounts, and cost
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasting
• Collaborate with other functional areas on Capitalizable Assets. Lead the financial analysis to determine profitability metrics as well as qualitative factors
• Special projects, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting, or related field and have completed sophomore year of school before internship begins
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
