As a Delivery Driver at US FOODS®, you'll start with a training wage of $25.00 per hour and have the potential to earn incentive pay once training is complete. Most of our drivers enjoy a 4 or 5-day work week .

Your Role: As a Delivery Driver, you are a crucial member of our team and a key point of contact with our customers. You will deliver a variety of food products including meats, produce, frozen goods, and dry goods while embodying the values of US FOODS®.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service .
  • Ensuring customer orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
  • Unloading goods using a hand truck and placing items in designated areas.
  • Performing physical tasks such as lifting items up to 80 pounds .
  • Making frequent stops throughout your shift.
  • Delivering products even in challenging weather conditions.
  • Verifying delivery of items with customers.
  • Handling cash or checks when necessary.

What We Seek:

  • Must be at least 21 years old .
  • Must possess a valid CDL A license and be DOT qualified.
  • At least 6 months of commercial driving experience or 3 months in foodservice delivery required.

During training, you will receive compensation of $25 per hour . Post-training, your anticipated annual earnings are between $65,000 and $90,000 with incentive pay.

This role also includes overtime compensation and additional pay based on performance metrics like mileage and delivery stops.
