Role Summary The Franchise Business Coach is responsible for providing assertive, franchisee-centered guidance that prepares and supports an increasingly diverse community of franchisee to grow expeditiously, exponentially, and responsibly. The focus of this position is to engage franchise owners to build a solid foundation in the core areas of the business model to include but not limited to operations, sales, marketing, customer service, customer relationship management software, etc. This position requires four days per week in office at our Denver, CO office. Key Responsibilities Deliver and continuously improve training programs to support successful franchise launches. Revise and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Partner proactively with Franchise Owners to strengthen operational execution and achieve revenue and profitability goals. Provide coaching, resources, and best practices that standardize processes across the network. Consult with franchisees on day-to-day operational issues, offering immediate solutions or helping develop action plans aligned with the franchise model. Use KPI dashboards and business intelligence tools to help Franchise Owners understand and manage their businesses through data. Analyze financial statements and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and compliance concerns. Lead monthly performance calls with franchisees to review results, confirm KPI understanding, and guide improvements. Address compliance or performance issues as directed, recommending corrective actions where needed. Act as a trusted advisor, effectively consulting with and influencing seasoned business owners and leaders. Drive measurable performance improvements through strategic coaching and partnership. Support special projects and initiatives that further enhance franchisee training, growth, and overall network success. This role is in office in Denver, and requires up to 20% travel. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience coaching individuals both one-on-one and in groups. Background in franchising, window treatments, or training development is a plus. Advanced knowledge of customer service, relationship management, and general business strategies. Proven ability to coach both thriving and underperforming franchisees. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and business reports.
