What We Look For In a Tutor Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in German 2 with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Preference for candidates with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education. Compensation and Benefits Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects, with potential to reach up to $40/hour.
