Their roles often require physical labor, strong knowledge of plant species, and the ability to operate various machinery and tools.

Greenhouse workers have the following duties and responsibilities:

Always be on time .

• Maintain indoor foliage for events.
• Monitor and adjust environmental controls such as temperature,
• humidity, and light settings within the greenhouse. Report to Manager with
• any issues.
• Use and maintain gardening tools and equipment, including irrigation systems
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed, following safety procedures and regulations
• Inspect plants for disease or pests, taking appropriate measures to treat and prevent spread of the insects.
• Assist in the loading of carts with foliage into box trucks.
• Maintain records of plant growth, production, and treatment actions
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the greenhouse, including proper disposal of plant waste. Presure wash floors and make sure they are cleaned on a schedule.
• Assist Crew from Wizards to make sure all material on contracts are there for events. Make sure all plants are accounted for when event is over.
• Report to Manager maintenance and repair work needed on greenhouse structures and equipment
• Take care of the property lawn keep maintained mowed and weeded.
• This is a special event company, could add extra hours going on events to help set up.

Ability to Relocate:

• Orlando, FL 32824: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
