Position Overview:

We are pre-hiring for the 2025 holiday season and seeking self-motivated, personable, and creative Seasonal Sales Representatives to join our team. This is not a cold-calling role — all client appointments are pre-qualified and pre-scheduled.

You’ll meet clients at their homes or businesses, design unforgettable holiday lighting environments using our proprietary mobile design app, and deliver estimates on the spot. Your work directly contributes to the magic of the holiday season.

Season Timeline:

● Training: August 2025
● Active Sales Season: October 1st–December 15th, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

● Travel daily to pre-scheduled, fully qualified client appointments in your assigned territory
● Conduct on-site consultations and gather details for custom lighting projects
● Use Brite Nites’ design app to create and present tailored lighting proposals
● Answer client questions, build trust, and close deals during or shortly after appointments
● Maintain accurate notes and data in CRM tools
● Coordinate closely with installation and operations teams for project hand-off
● Represent Brite Nites with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solutions-focused mindset

Qualifications:

● 2+ years in sales, especially outside or in-home sales, or other customer-facing roles
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile apps and design tools
● Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record
● Able to manage a fast-paced appointment schedule independently
● Flexible to work evenings and weekends during peak season (September–December)
● Energetic, personable, and goal-driven

Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing follow-ups (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for on-site design and estimating
  • Ability to create accurate, on-the-spot proposals based on client needs and design scope
  • Strong navigation and route planning skills to manage multiple daily appointments
  • Familiarity with email and messaging platforms for professional client communication
  • Basic understanding of spatial awareness or visual design principles to create compelling lighting layouts
