● Maintain accurate notes and data in CRM tools
● Coordinate closely with installation and operations teams for project hand-off
● Represent Brite Nites with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solutions-focused mindset

Qualifications:

● 2+ years in sales, especially outside or in-home sales, or other customer-facing roles
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile apps and design tools
● Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record
● Able to manage a fast-paced appointment schedule independently
● Flexible to work evenings and weekends during peak season (September–December)
● Energetic, personable, and goal-driven

Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing follow-ups (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for on-site design and estimating
  • Ability to create accurate, on-the-spot proposals based on client needs and design scope
  • Strong navigation and route planning skills to manage multiple daily appointments
  • Familiarity with email and messaging platforms for professional client communication
  • Basic understanding of spatial awareness or visual design principles to create compelling lighting layouts

What We Offer:

● High-earning potential with a performance-based commission structure
● All leads provided – no cold calling
● Paid training on our products, process, and tech
● Seasonal flexibility with potential to return annually
● Fun, supportive work culture and a chance to create visual magic
