Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to foster positive relationships within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Utilize various platforms such as ATS systems and social media for effective talent sourcing.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Collaborate with management on talent management strategies and succession planning initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment and labor laws to ensure compliance across all HR activities.
  • Handle employee evaluations and performance management processes to support staff development.
  • Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize HRIS systems for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
  • Support internal recruiting efforts while also engaging in campus recruitment initiatives for entry-level positions.

Experience
Candidates should possess a robust background in human resources with experience in the following areas:

  • Technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting strategies.
  • Proficiency in using HR software such as ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on relationship management.
  • Familiarity with training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Experience in cold calling for lead generation within recruitment contexts.
  • Knowledge of contracts related to employment agreements and labor relations.
  • Excellent research skills to identify industry trends and best practices in HR. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment while advancing their career in HR management.
