Required skills and Responsibilities:
• Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Full scale of IBM Maximo AWM (Asset Work Management) implementation experience
• Clear understanding of IBM Maximo deployment process, admin configurations, Preplanning of upgrade, patch activities, Hot fix deployments.
• Support of system upgrades in the Maximo product as well as add-ons and interacting with IBM Maximo product team.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve application, interface, workflow, reporting and data integrity issues.
• Continuously collaborate with internal Maximo Development teams.
• Provide other system support or perform other duties as may be required.
• Migration of developed components from development to higher environments.
• Work on the release management planning and share with the required stake holders.
• Provide guidance to technical team to ensure continuity of development during migration process.
• Validate environment completeness before client delivery.
• Provide guidance to client leadership, stakeholders, and SMEs at environment management level.
• Possess strong knowledge on Release, environment, stake holders' management.
• Experience in On-premises / Cloud.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Owns overall environment design and maintenance.
• Identifies appropriate environment configuration based on customer needs.
• Determine the most efficient solution architecture to integrate IBM Maximo AWM application with boundary systems as discussed with Architect team.
• Provide the required support for overall data management.
