Director of Recruiting, Marketing, Interactive and Creative Services Division at 24 Seven Inc. Our client is an online retailer that sells home goods and is looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist (TikTok). Role Overview: Manage TikTok Seller Center affiliate and influencer programs to drive revenue through creator partnerships, LIVE shopping activations, and shop campaigns. Identify high-performing creators and oversee campaign execution to meet Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets. Collaborate cross-functionally to align influencer efforts with product priorities and support broader marketing and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Own day-to-day operations of TikTok affiliate and influencer programs. Recruit and onboard creators with proven sales success in home, lifestyle, and seasonal categories. Vet applicants, negotiate commissions, and manage ongoing creator communication and incentives. Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned with key promotional periods and revenue goals. Monitor affiliate application health, onboarding funnel, and creator engagement levels. Manage TikTok LIVE sessions with creators and talent to promote priority products. Coordinate livestream logistics including product selection, talking points, timing, and content alignment. Collaborate with creators for accurate product education and audience engagement during live sessions. Analyze real-time and post-event data to optimize TikTok LIVE strategies. Track GMV and affiliate sales performance using TikTok Seller Center and analytics tools. Create weekly performance dashboards to provide insights on campaign effectiveness and growth opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred. 2+ years experience in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing—preferably with TikTok Seller Center or similar commerce platforms. Deep knowledge of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, commerce features, and LIVE best practices. Experience with community messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Discord, or Lark preferred. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data for decision making. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple creator partnerships simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Passion for influencer trends, content strategy, and short-form video commerce. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with affiliate/influencer platforms is a plus.
