Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for the Machine Operator position. While previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail to identify and address basic maintenance needs, product defects, and operational issues. Comprehensive understanding of production procedures and best practices. Ability to work for extended periods while standing and performing repetitive tasks, including bending and stooping. Capacity to adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required in warehouse and production settings. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
