Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator to join their team. As a Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator **Location:** CA, Garden Grove **Pay Range:** $19.00 - $25.00 per hour **Shift:** Evenings, Days (15:00-23:30) **What's the Job?** + Read blueprint drawings and work orders to meet customer specifications. + Operate plastic injection molding machines following established procedures. + Monitor process temperatures and injection pressures to identify non-conformances. + Verify machine settings by measuring first-run parts and sample workpieces. + Perform occasional preventive maintenance per manufacturer instructions. **What's Needed?** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders. + Experience operating plastic injection molding machines. + Knowledge of measurement tools such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and optical comparators. + Ability to monitor machine parameters and detect deviations. + Availability to work 2nd shift (3:00pm - 1:30am) with regular overtime until 3:30am. **What's in it for me?** + Medical insurance + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Life insurance + Weekly payment If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
