Helpdesk Technician 1 85% Work from Home - 15% Onsite Are you someone who loves helping customers and enjoys solving all kinds of problems? What this role will entail: Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking technical support over the phone or email Perform remote troubleshooting Walk the customer through the troubleshooting process Follow up and update ticket status with customer information Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures What we need from you: Be a good listener Driven to succeed at work and contribute to the big picture Diligent with note taking Passionate about customer service CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus! Our total compensation and benefits for this role includes: Salary is based on experience, drive and the value you can bring to the company: and is in the range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
