About the Role:

The Janitorial Cleaning position is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas are hygienic and presentable. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, which directly impacts the overall experience of employees and visitors. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Skills:

We are looking for 2 people with experience in institutional cleaning who could be a responsible couple for this job, and one of them must be able to speak English. The cleaning schedule may vary between midnight and the hours of 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM. It is a 4-hour job, Monday through Friday.
