Job Description
Ideal candidates will have:
1 to 6 years of patent litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
A background in high tech or life sciences (preferred but not required)
A member of the bar in the state they are based or able to waive in
