Position : Junior Associate Litigation Attorney
Experience : 0 to 3 years
Pay: $110K-$130K Depending on experience

We are in search of a junior associate litigation attorney to join our litigation team at our Sacramento location. Position:
This position is an entry level associate attorney position. The candidate will be part of a litigation team that handles contested probate matters, contested conservatorships, trust litigation, financial elder abuse, real estate litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes. The position involves significant discovery, law and motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, appearing at hearings, and the opportunity to second chair both bench and jury trials. The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney looking to develop their skills as a litigator and has a desire to grow as an attorney. The candidate will work directly under a senior litigation attorney and will be part of a fast-paced team. As such, this is a collaborative position. Adhering to the firm’s values of kindness, accountability, hungry and smart are imperative.
The candidate must have strong legal research and writing skills, strong oral advocacy skills, and be extremely comfortable working with various technology platforms and programs such as Microsoft Office and Outlook. Familiarity with Clio Manage and other knowledge-based software is a plus. As this is an entry level position, no experience is required but familiarity in trust and estate litigation and general California Civil Procedure is a plus but not required. The individual we are seeking is someone that will commit to, and invest in, the success of the firm. Applicants must be an active member of the California State Bar.
