We have an immediate opening for a Junior Mortgage Loan Officer at our North Saint Paul office .
This individual is responsible for partnering with experienced mortgage professionals to drive lead generation, streamline the loan process, and deliver exceptional member experience. This entry-level role combines hands-on support, structured training, and community outreach to develop the skills needed for a future Mortgage Loan Officer position. There will be some travel involved. This individual will be in-office about 60% - 70% of the time; however, this position will involve traveling to other locations as needed and they will be expected to attend off-site closings, networking events, and other relationship building activities.
The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch break as well as other hours as needed.This is Grade 7 – Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits.
The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour.
