Job Description

*Job Summary*
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, develop care plans, and foster a positive environment for both residents and employees. The ideal candidate will possess financial acumen and experience in long-term care settings, including assisted living and retirement homes.

* Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
