Job Description

We are seeking a *Senior MuleSoft Analyst* to support and manage custom API solutions, API platform management, and systems integration across the organization. This role requires a deep technical foundation, hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and strong analytical and collaboration skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

*Job Title:* Senior MuleSoft Analyst
*Location:* Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
*Duration:* 6-Month Contract to Hire

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for MuleSoft integrations, addressing performance and system issues.
* Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and deliver long-term, sustainable solutions.
* Manage system integrations ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
* Lead initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and user experience.
* Monitor, analyze, and remediate system incidents while maintaining operational stability.
* Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize support operations.
* Support deployments, oversee production rollouts, and create technical documentation.
* Build and maintain monitoring and alerting dashboards using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 3–5+ years of experience in Integration Engineering, including at least 3 years with MuleSoft API development or support.
* Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, data transformation, and flow design).
* Proficiency with Java, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
* Strong root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with site reliability engineering (SRE) principles and monitoring tools is a plus.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
