DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ENT practice in San Marcos, TX . The ideal candidate will have experience in otolaryngology or a related specialty and a strong interest in providing comprehensive care for patients with ear, nose, throat, and sinus conditions in both clinic and procedural settings.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments for ENT-related conditions
Assist with in-office procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care in collaboration with supervising physicians
Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions, including sinus disease, allergies, ear disorders, and throat complaints
Educate patients and families on treatment options, recovery, and preventive care
Collaborate with ENT physicians, audiologists, and other clinical team members
Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
ENT, surgical, or specialty clinic experience preferred
Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
