Job Type Full-time Description Kalitta Turbines is a certified FAA Repair Station and has been in the business of maintaining, servicing, and repairing TFE731 and CF34-3 engines since 1986. With an extensive inventory and expertise in turbine engines, Kalitta Turbines has the unique ability to provide critical parts and services to keep aircraft operational at all times. This strategic integration allows us to offer on-demand, as-needed, and scheduled turbine maintenance and support, ensuring the reliable operation of essential aircraft. We hope you join our robust team! Functions/Responsibilities: Aid senior management with engine quoting, parts procurement, and logbook research. Track all Engine Shipping Containers and provide data for billing to accounting. Track all Leases Engines and provide data for billing to accounting. Be able to create Lease Agreements along with Engine Purchase Agreements Assist with Daily Work Order Timesheets and Vacation Requests Must have excellent customer service and Phone skills Must be willing to work Monday through Friday schedule Requirements Qualifications/Skills: Microsoft Office 365 experience, Exceptional skills in Excel.
