About the Role:

In this rewarding refractive surgery position, you will have the opportunity to provide consultations, pre-op and post-op care, and follow-up for a variety of procedures, including LASIK, PRK, ICL, Cataracts, and RLE. You'll be part of a dedicated team that genuinely cares about the well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient eligibility for refractive surgery.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Perform follow-up appointments to monitor patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in refractive surgery techniques and technologies.

• Starting salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $160,000, with the potential for a higher rate for the right candidate, especially if you have extensive experience.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
