Physician Recruiter
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $30.00 - $49.00+ DOE
Location: Akron, OH, This is a hybrid role with 6 days per month onsite required
This is a Temporary position with potential for extension based on business needs and performance. This position does require at least 2 years of recent experience in Physician specific recruiting as well as a Bachelors Degree in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary resource for the hiring department and leadership throughout the recruitment process
Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and help refine recruitment strategies by sharing best practices and market trends
Assist with creating and posting provider opportunities in the ATS
Use various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates
Promote the company as an employer of choice through multiple media formats, postings and attendance at local and national conferences and career fairs on site.
Remain up to date on recruitment trends, compensation, and benefit offerings.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition for candidates throughout the recruitment process and post-hire transition.
Prepare and present timely and accurate recruitment metrics to provider and human resources leadership.
Work with legal team and professional associations to remain current on immigration and legal matters relative to provider recruitment.

Key Requirements:
Experience with all aspects of provider recruitment and candidate support including conducting candidate visits, and explaining contract offerings such as loan assistance, relocation, and other benefits
Experience using an ATS for application process and to measure recruitment targets
Ability to work with minimal supervision/direction while managing deadlines and stressful situations required
Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize large volume of work in accordance with changing deadlines
Experience working with all levels within an organization
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required
Certification with AAPPR is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital recruitment environment
Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
