Job Description

- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, focusing on property & casualty sales representatives.
- Manage high-volume recruitment, particularly targeting insurance agents, with up to 30 individuals starting on the same date.
- Source candidates proactively beyond just posting jobs, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Campus Programs, and the Diversity & Inclusion group to align recruitment efforts with company goals.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
- Develop applicant sources through outreach to community services, colleges, agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.
- Assess applicant qualifications via interviews, reference checks, and qualification comparisons.
- Coordinate management interviews, including scheduling and making travel arrangements.
- Manage candidate experience by handling job postings, descriptions, and requirements in the ATS (iCIMS).
- Facilitate the offer process and negotiate employment terms with successful candidates.

$31 - $41/hour

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); iCIMS and UltiPro experience
- SHRM CP/SCP
- PHR/SPHR
- 2 years of recruiting experience (call center and insurance sales specific)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously at various recruitment stages
- Strong proficiency with computers and databases, including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
