About our Medicine IV Unit:
We're seeking compassionate and patient care driven nurses to join our Med Surg team! Our unit comprises 41 beds; we have a patient ratio averaging 5-6 :1 it is our goal with our new team model, where every patient is assigned an RN, LPN and CNA it is our goal for the ratio then be 10:2. Given the high modality of the cases we handle, our nursing team thrives on great communication, ongoing team support and training within the workplace. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
