DescriptionOur high-performing team is looking for a Restaurant Marketing Director.The Restaurant Marketing Director's primary responsibility is to plan and execute sales growth strategies that engage community partnerships, expand the influence of our restaurant brand, and make "memories from moments."Once established, these relationships will increase customer count, check averages and outside sales. The RMD is the Chick-fil-A ambassador to the community. While they report to the Operators, it is expected that this relationship would be viewed as a partnership with a mutual vision of each other's roles in the ultimate goal of operational excellence.Restaurant Marketing Director is a full-time position and is ideal for a self-starting, creative leader.Prior experience in marketing, community engagement, social media, sales, restaurant job are very helpful to the success at this job.This role offers you the chance to join the top-rated restaurant brand in the industry and to gain experience with a growing business.Apply today and join our mission to create a "REMARK"able experience for our guests!Role Responsibilities:* Display merchandising materials in a well organized andcoordinated way (including POP displays, flowers, reader/community boards, etc.)* Oversee Family Marketing Activities (Spirit Nights, Family Nights, Kid's Nights, Fund Raising, etc.)* Ensure 2nd Mile Service is being executed on a daily basis* Plan and activate sampling promotions and suggestive selling contests* Partner with Operator to formulate a yearly marketing plan* Handle all donation requests received at the restaurant* Be an ambassador for the brand, and build relationships with local community members* Plan and execute food distributions (typically on a quarterly basis)* Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community through cross promotions, remote sampling and DOC (Digital Offer Cards) distribution* Implement school programs (Breakfast, Fund-Raising Programs, Third Party Sales)* Event planning with schools, churches, businesses, etc.* Ensure Chick-fil-A Cow mascot is present in the community on a regular basisSkills Required* Organizational skills* The ability to formulate daily tasks sheet* Positive attitude, outgoing, and friendly* Must hold the highest personal standards for performance* Must understand all key business standards related to food, service and cleanliness* Builds and maintains relationships with community members* Self-starter, shows initiative* Resourceful* Understands the importance of budgeting and maintaining a budget* Ability to start and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner* Good communicator (written and verbal)* Good negotiation skills* Ability to work well in a team environment* Results oriented* Strong time management skillsBenefits:* Over-time earnings* Free employee meals* Paid time Off* Employer Medical, Dental, Vision benefits* Life insurance* Employer 401(k) match* Mileage reimbursementCompany InformationIn our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients.
