Job Description

• Lead and support the implementation of SAP RAR including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with new revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15 & ASC 606).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and model revenue accounting processes using the SAP RAR five-step model.
• Integrate RAR with SAP FI, SD, and BRIM modules, support data migration and cutover planning.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Utilize BRF+ framework for business rules and logic within RAR where applicable.
• Provide expertise on order-to-cash, SD/FICO integration, IFRS 16, COPA, and overall revenue recognition processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry best practices and financial regulations.
• Conduct workshops, lead design sessions, and deliver presentations to management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR , with strong knowledge of design and configuration.
• Experience with two or more full lifecycle SAP RAR implementations
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes , revenue recognition, and integration points with SAP FI/CO, and SD .
• Solid knowledge of IFRS 15, ASC 606 , and IFRS 16 standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Prior experience in the medical devices industry , with a strong grasp of accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills , including the ability to create business/functional documents and deliver executive-level presentations.
