What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
• Assist with financial analysis and draft necessary transaction documents
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into all databases

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

• Experience with real estate market research and demographic analysis
• Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
• Previous experience in a client-facing role within the real estate sector
