Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Gulfstream Flight Operations organization to improve efficiency across the companys Gulfstream fleet.
• Interface with the Flight Operations Supervisor, Directors, Chief Pilots, Dispatch Senior Manager and VP of Flight Ops to complete projects that enhance processes and efficiencies for all mission-specific Gulfstream fleets (e.g., production test, demonstration, Airborne Customer Support).
• Complete assigned projects and work plans that include but are not limited to flight safety systems, business intelligence/analytics, flight operations, and aeronautical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
• Support efficient work practices and processes.

Additional Functions:

• Comply with safety rules and procedures.
• Ensure application of all Gulfstream regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college aviation program such as pilot training, aircraft dispatch, business aviation, or a related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of multiple operating systems and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
