This role serves as a key liaison between recruiters, staffing coordinators, candidates, and hiring managers, helping ensure a seamless and positive recruitment and onboarding experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also participate in marketing efforts and recruitment events, contributing to the hospital’s talent strategy and employer branding. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support for the hospital's recruiting function, ensuring smooth operations across all stages of the hiring process. Serve as a knowledgeable resource to Staffing Coordinators, Recruiters, and internal departments regarding employment processes and recruiting policies and procedures. Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on various special projects and, when appropriate, take the lead on project execution. Coordinate and help implement recruitment and marketing initiatives that align with the hospital's strategic hiring goals. Plan and/or lead recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, open houses, and community outreach programs. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the employment process. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, scheduling pre-employment health screenings, and arranging orientation sessions. Open and manage job requisitions using the hospital’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring postings are accurate and timely. Process invoices related to recruitment activities and maintain budget tracking spreadsheets to support fiscal oversight.
