Join our team democratizing tax planning to all!Job SummaryAs a Growth Consultant, you will be a key member of TaxPlanIQ, contributing to the success of our Growth Plan clients (accounting firms, financial advisor executives, and other tax advisor entrepreneurs) through personalized 1:1 advisory sessions. You will help clients build strategic tax plans, answer technical tax questions, and walk new clients through Growth Plan expectations and guarantees. In this role, you will also support internal training efforts, contribute to updates of training materials, and be held to a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Your expertise in tax strategy, platform knowledge, and problem-solving will directly impact client outcomes. Growth Consultants are also expected to stay current on platform features and best practices to maximize client success. There will be opportunities to influence new features and enhancements of the TaxPlanIQ product, alongside group webinars and teaching.Minimum Requirements:CPA, tax attorney, or EA designation requiredMust have at least 2 years of Tax Technical experience working with tax strategies and tax research. Note: You do not need to own your own firm.
