Technical Integration Analyst

Position: Fulltime

Location: Remote

Job description:

5+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert or System Analyst in Regulatory Systems or Document Management platforms.

5+ years of experience with tools such as Veeva Vault, Documentum, DocuBridge, SharePoint Online, and Citrix.

5+ years of experience in system configuration, change control, and validation activities within GxP or 21 CFR Part 11 compliant environments.

5+ years of experience in authoring and reviewing system documentation (SOPs, configuration specs, qualification documents).

Strong understanding of security models, access controls, and audit trail mechanisms.

Communication Skills:

Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders (technical and non-technical )

Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members

Provide constructive feedback during reviews and be open to receiving the feedback.

• Familiarity with integration of regulatory systems with enterprise platforms.
• Experience in incident and service request management within ITIL frameworks.
• Good understanding of regulatory submission processes and publishing tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Knowledge of CSA (Computer Software Assurance) and validation best practices
