\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n• Remote position requiring trauma Performance Improvement coordinator experience
\n• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
\n• Current Missouri RN licensure required
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC or ATCN
\n• Preferred certifications: PALS, ENPC, TNCC/ATCN Instructor certification
\n• Must have trauma registry experience for performance improvement (not as registrar)
\n• 2 years related experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department with emphasis in surgical or injured patient care
\n• 2 years related experience in trauma, ED or rehab care
\n• Must demonstrate working knowledge of TQIP, NTDB and COLLECTOR systems
\n• Ability to analyze information from several systems simultaneously
\n• Must be self-directed and function autonomously with strong organizational skills
\n• Computer and internet skills required including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
\n• Maintain membership in one professional organization (ENA, AACN, ATS, STN)
\n• Responsible for implementing patient care delivery systems focused on achieving outcomes
\n• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
\n• Monitor plans to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of services
\n• Conduct audits, policy reviews, and literature reviews
\n• Ensure trauma practices and policies are implemented appropriately for optimal patient care
