Opportunities for career growth and advancement. Position Summary Sage Health seeks a dedicated Unarmed Physical Security Specialist to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Primary Responsibilities Patrol interior/exterior areas to detect and deter threats. Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and alert authorities when needed. Respond to emergencies and participate in safety exercises. Enforce policies and conduct security checks. Document incidents and observations. Participate in Emergency Preparedness & Response Team. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Conflict management and de-escalation skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques. Physical capability to handle demanding tasks. Military or law enforcement background preferred. Relevant certifications (First Aid, CPR, CCTV monitoring). Familiarity with surveillance and access control systems. Ability to travel between centers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 18 years old. US citizen or legal resident. Valid State security guard certification. Minimum 2 years security experience. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass drug and background tests. Strong command of English.
