About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Distributor Relations and Services to join their global asset management business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the firm's strategic decision to expand its presence in the global retail markets, with a focus on EMEA, Asia, Japan, and South America. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with third-party distributors, particularly in the UHNW intermediary space. The Vice President will be responsible for stakeholder management, overseeing the client experience, supporting new business opportunities, and maintaining distribution databases. They will also be involved in project management, proactive engagement with key distributors, and designing scalable practices for client asset servicing. Applicants for the Vice President role should have outstanding financial services experience, preferably in a client service or sales support capacity, and a strong understanding of both private and public asset classes. In-depth client service and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong project management capabilities, are essential. The role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in influencing and communication. The ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and independently, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected. While not mandatory, a working knowledge of Salesforce and additional language skills would be advantageous. The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and encourages all applicants whose skills align with the role to apply.
