What You'll Be Doing:

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment of customer orders.
• Assist in team coordination and workflow efficiency, maintaining high safety standards and helping train new warehouse staff in Ratermann’s best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the National Warehouse Operations Manager to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and support Ratermann’s commitment to reliability.
• Ensure equipment and warehouse areas are maintained in clean, organized, and safe working condition in alignment with company standards.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team.
• A process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities—you know how to keep things moving and handle challenges on the fly.
• A commitment to safety and warehouse best practices.
• The flexibility to jump in where needed and the accountability to see tasks through to the finish.
• Familiarity with cryogenics, compressed gas, or technical product environments is a plus—but not a must.
• A collaborative attitude and a passion for doing what’s right for the customer and the team.
