About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Project Manager to support critical business and property management functions. This role is a hybrid of a Project Manager and a high-level General Assistant, requiring someone who can anticipate needs, think critically, and perform basic research. The focus is on Airbnb management, project management, efficiency, and effectiveness . As this is a growth position, your strengths and proficiencies have the potential to shape the future of this role.
What You’ll Do:
Operations & Project Management: Oversee Airbnb operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences and proactive property maintenance. Assist with opening a new washeteria in the area, including marketing outreach, facilities preparation, and staffing coodination. Conduct in-depth internet research to support business decisions and recommend new products or projects for optimization.
Process Improvement: Establish, optimize, and document processes and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Implement accountability systems to accurately track progress and performance.
Financial & Inventory: Manage inventory supply; source and purchase goods and services. Manage basic QuickBooks tasks, including the use of classes for organized financial tracking.
Communication & Support: Serve as a confident and professional point of contact, making, taking, and returning calls promptly. Use critical thinking to analyze and solve problems independently.
Logistics: Drive for errands or property-related tasks (must have a reliable, insured vehicle ).

Physically Able: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for inventory and property tasks.
QuickBooks Knowledgeable: Comfortable managing finances and basic financial tracking.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $20-$25/hr. DOE
Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours per week (Part-Time Preferred)
Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and mileage compensation.
